Haldimand County
Jarvis Cornfest would not be possible without the ongoing support and partnership of Haldimand County. We work closely with the County each year to ensure the festival meets all necessary requirements, including event permitting and food vendor certifications. Their support also extends through an annual festival grant, as well as the generous donation of key event infrastructure such as the stage, picnic tables, and garbage bins.
We are incredibly grateful for their continued collaboration and commitment to supporting community events like Jarvis Cornfest, helping us create a safe, well-organized, and welcoming festival for everyone.

W.J. Elliott & Son Ltd. generously supports Jarvis CornFest each year by donating both their time and significant resources to assist with all electrical needs throughout the festival. Their team spends many hours over the weekend ensuring that food vendors and the main stage have reliable power, while also monitoring and maintaining safe electrical setups across the site. Their expertise and commitment help ensure everything runs safely, smoothly, and without interruption, making them an essential part of the festival’s success.
Haldimand Crime Stoppers
The Crime Stoppers Students from Hagersville Secondary School have been a valued part of Jarvis Cornfest since its beginning in 2022. Each year, a dedicated group of hardworking student volunteers supports the festival by helping maintain the cleanliness and overall upkeep of the event grounds throughout the weekend. Their effort and reliability play an important role in keeping the festival site welcoming and enjoyable for all attendees, and we are grateful for their continued involvement and support.
Jarvis Lions Club
The Jarvis Lions Club generously donates their time and support to Jarvis CornFest throughout the weekend. Their members play a key role in welcoming festivalgoers, collecting donations, selling drink tokens, and assisting in the craft beverage area. They also proudly run the popular Saturday afternoon Bingo, adding to the weekend’s lineup of fun community activities. We are grateful for their continued involvement and commitment to supporting both the festival and the wider Jarvis community.
Haldimand Bouncy Castle Inc.
Haldimand Bouncy Castle Inc. is a valued new partner for Jarvis CornFest this year, joining us as part of the reimagined Kids Zone. They have generously donated their staff time and support to help us launch this exciting new addition to the festival.
